Graded and Q8 for energy efficiency: My Energy Q8, new alliance driving corporate sustainability
The energy of the future is tailor-made. That’s the message launched today by My Energy Q8, the new company jointly owned by Q8 (70%) and Graded (30%), an Italian industrial group based in Naples and a recognized leader in energy innovation.
The official presentation took place at the Porsche Experience Center Franciacorta (Brescia) during the convention “Innovation 360°: Integrated Solutions for the Energy Transition,” where both companies outlined their shared vision to support businesses on the path toward sustainability.
“Our partnership with Q8 represents both a major opportunity and a great responsibility to compete in a strategic sector for the future of industry,” said Vito Grassi, CEO of Graded. “We believe sustainability is not just a duty, but an opportunity for companies to innovate, cut costs, and enhance competitiveness. With My Energy Q8, we aim to deliver high-quality services that help businesses reduce their environmental footprint and boost energy efficiency. We’re proud of the trust Q8 has placed in us and determined to honor it by putting our expertise and passion for sustainability to work.”

The new joint venture’s mission is clear: to create tangible value for businesses through customized energy efficiency strategies, technical support, and financing models that promote the adoption of green technologies across Italy’s industrial landscape.
During the event, Davide Capuano, engineer at Graded and Technical Manager of My Energy Q8, presented a flagship case study: the Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort energy retrofit, involving the overhaul of the thermal plant and the installation of a 400 kW photovoltaic system currently under construction.
“There is no single formula for energy efficiency,” Capuano explained. “We like to see ourselves as energy tailors, crafting bespoke solutions perfectly fitted to each client. That’s how we turn every project into a personalized model of sustainability.”

Also in attendance for Graded were Vincenzo Danese, Commercial Director, and engineers Gerardo Cardillo, Maria Teresa Russo, and Teresa Tarantino, underscoring the company’s strong technical and managerial presence in this new strategic partnership with one of the world’s major energy players.
My Energy Q8 thus marks a new frontier for Italy’s energy transition — a project where industrial know-how, strategic vision, and environmental responsibility converge to lead companies toward a more efficient, competitive, and sustainable future.
