Graded among the 72 Italian excellences: new recognition at Deloitte’s Best Managed Companies
Another major recognition for Graded, the Energy Service Company headquartered in Naples, which for the second consecutive year ranks among the 72 winners of the Best Managed Companies Award 2025 — the prestigious accolade promoted by Deloitte Private in collaboration with ELITE–Euronext Group, Confindustria Small Industry, and with the methodological support of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
Now in its eighth edition, the award celebrates the best Made in Italy companies based on seven key criteria: Strategy, Capabilities and Innovation, Commitment and Corporate Culture, Governance and Performance Measurement, Corporate Social Responsibility, Internationalization and Supply Chain, and Cyber Security. Among the 72 award-winning companies, four are from Campania: Graded, ALA, Edil San Felice, and RDR.
The evaluation was carried out by a panel of experts including Marta Testi (CEO of ELITE–Euronext Group), Fabio Antoldi (Full Professor of Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart), and Renato Goretta (Vice President of Confindustria Small Industry).
“The confirmation of Graded among the Italian Best Managed Companies is both an honor and an incentive to continue our path of innovation and continuous learning, which has proven extremely effective in creating value and driving change in our industry,” commented Vito Grassi, CEO of Graded, who received the award accompanied by COO Ludovica Landi and engineer Maria Teresa Russo. “A solid corporate culture and effective governance have allowed us to enhance our team’s skills and promote new organizational models. Speaking about the resilience of Italian companies, Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and Leader of Deloitte Private for the Central Mediterranean area (Italy, Greece, and Malta), stated: “In an increasingly volatile international environment marked by trade tensions, the companies recognized with the Best Managed Companies Award showcase the strength and resilience of the Made in Italy.”
Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and Head of the Best Managed Companies program in Italy, also highlighted the continuity of the winning companies: “More than 80% of this year’s awardees had already been recognized in previous editions. Among the Campania-based companies, RDR stands out for having achieved its seventh recognition, earning platinum status.”
This new award confirms Graded as a model of sustainable and innovative enterprise, capable of combining tradition and technology, local roots and global vision, within a growth strategy centered on energy transition and shared development.
